TIMING SYSTEMAll competitors have to wear race numbers
visibly on the front. The race numbers include a chip to record the time at the finish.
At the finish a scanner is installed, which 'reads' the chip on the race numbers. It
is therefore very important not to remove the chip from the race number if you would
like to have the time recorded. The marathon committee takes no responsiblity when entrants
brake this rule.
